Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://lcweb.loc.gov/copyright/), RocketTube will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to RocketTube's designated copyright agent.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the Site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to RocketTube's Designated Copyright Agent.

DMCA Notice Requirements

To be effective, your DMCA notice must include the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL or other specific location on the Site where the material you claim is infringed is located;
2. Your contact information so that we can contact you (including your name, postal address, telephone number and, if available, email address);
3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
4. A statement that the information in the written notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
5. Your physical or electronic signature (of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on behalf of the owner).

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have the authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material in your content, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to the Copyright Agent:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
3. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or a misidentification of the content;
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

Repeat Infringers

It is RocketTube's policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Response Time

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, RocketTube will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material
• Provide the user with a copy of the DMCA notice
• Inform the user that they may file a counter-notice

We will respond to valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
